Household names, The Stafford Brothers, have been working hard on their world domination.
After releasing their double platinum jam, ‘Hello’ (feat. Lil Wayne and Christina Milian), the EDM kingpins have continued to drop hit after hit, with tracks like ‘When You Feel This’ feat. Jay Sean and Rick Ross, and ‘This Girl’ feat. Iva Simons & T.I. The two have traveled around the globe playing across Asia, North America, Europe and their native Australia.
Recently, the brothers have been back and forth between Australia and Las Vegas. After their last date in Newcastle, Australia this April 24th, the boys will be living it up in the US, playing massive shows in Sin City and their new ‘Las Stralia’ residency at Daylight Beach Club and Light Night Club.
You can listen to the duo every week on their radio show “Something BIG”
We had the chance to catch up with The Stafford Brothers. Read what they had to say in our Spotlight below.
Describe your music in 5 words?
A big fun rocking party
Where do you find inspiration?
This weekend we found it in the snow! Just from life, but going to see other artists always helps. We’re seeing Guns N Roses this weekend on their reunion tour!
Current favorite song(s)?
Love the Flosstradamus mix of Post Malone.
Favorite song to perform?
Probably our song “Are You Ready” because Chris does ad-libbed vocals live and it’s a banger!
Wildest show memory?
There are so many as we basically live on the road. We recall several times without clothes.
If you could be anything but human, what would you be?
Most insane venue to perform at?
Vegas is always insane for us. It’s definitely a place that you always have a rocking time. And, the production is on another level. We have our new show at The Light in Vegas called “Las Stralia” and it’s mental.
Favourite city to visit?
We love snowboarding so for something different we love getting up into the mountains. We just spent the weekend in Vail and Beaver Creek. Beaver Creek is a new favourite.
If you could collab with any artist or producer who would it be and why?
Jay Z or Pharrell, but we think Pharrell right now. He just seems so creative and the beats would be insane.
Favourite dance move?
One thing fans probably don’t know about you?
We are actually sisters.
How does it feel performing with family? Any sibling rivalry?
No, it’s just a good time rocking ’round the world together.
Have any secret skills or hidden talents?
Chris is actually a ninja and a magician.
